Images: In Context! Feature Description: Distort Image - Lens Distort

The Lens Distort filter refracts your image as though a large glass lense has been placed on top of it. The Maximum Radius setting affects the size of the effect, while the X Offset and Y Offset settings affect the location of the center of the effect. The distotion bloats the image at the center of the lens.
