Images: In Context! Feature Description: Threshold Image Filter

The Threshold filter does two things at once. It lowers all values below the Minimum Threshold Value to 0, and it raises all values in the Maximum Threshold Value to 255. This is most useful for toning up grayscale images to remove low tolerance colors. Check the Convert To Grayscale First checkbox to discard all color information. Adjust the Minimum Threshold Value and Maximum Threshold Value sliders to taste.
