Blur Effects produces a range of effects, including motion blur, radial blur and zoom blur. Motion Blur creates the feeling of lateral motion, bluring in a straight line at the angle you specified. Radial Blur creates the effect of a camera pitching around the center axis. Zoom Blur creates the zoom effect present when a camera quickly zooms in or out. Each effect is controled by an Angle setting, a Distance setting and a Length setting.
