The Despecle Filter removes noise from an image (to a point). If you have an image which has become speckled due to age, or due to a bad picture, running the Despeckle Filter on it one or more time may remove the noise. There are no options for this effect. Simply click Save to overwrite the file with your changes, or click Cancel to discard the changes and leave the file as-is.
