The Pinch Distort filter refracts your image as though it has been pinched or pulled toward the center of the effect. The Maximum Radius setting affects the size of the effect. Amount indicates the amount of pull to exhert on the image, while the X Offset and Y Offset settings affect the location of the center of the effect to pinch to.
