The Offset filter will move the pixels of your image around within the by the specified offset. For instance, you can move the entire image to the right by 10 pixels. You can specify what happens to pixels which are moved off the edge of the image with the Edge Wrap setting. If you choose to wrap edge pixels, they will appear on the other side of the screen, as if your image were one big quilt of images. If you choose not to wrap pixels, the edge pixels will simply repeat themselves to fill in the space.
