The Vignette Effect puts a soft border around the center of the image. The border can be either elliplical or rectangular, as selected from the Shape dropdown. The Border Width and Border Height controls affect how close or far the border is from the edge. A fat border will have higher numbers, while a skinny border will have low numbers. The border can be softened or sharpened with the Border Blur setting, which ranges from 1 (hard edged) to 100 (very soft edged). The Vignette can also be made more transparent or more opaque with the Border Opacity control, which ranges from 0 (completely transparent) to 100 (completely opaque). Finally, pick the Vignette color with the Border Color button.
